About Us

Over the years, the Combined Club, or Tin Shed as it is more widely known, has grown to become one of the preferred social meeting places for locals. Visitors from all around Australia and the world are also very welcome.

Come and enjoy the magic of the Tin Shed and the glorious views from the large deck out over Dickson’s Inlet to the mountain range beyond.

Members Draw

Members Draw is now on Wednesday nights between 6.30pm and 7.30pm and Sunday afternoons between 3.30pm and 4.30pm. The Jackpot stands at $2000.00. Members must be present to claim prize.

Congratulations to Joan the winner of the Members Jackpot Draw $3800.00. Drawn on Sunday the 14th of August.

Annual General Meeting/Nominations for Committee

The Annual General Meeting of the Club is set down for Sunday, 16th October at 9.00 am. 

In accordance with the Article 15 of the Club's Constitution half of the Management 

Committee must retire but still be eligible for re-election.   Therefore, Nominations are 

now being called for the following positions:

Beside the regular favourites we also have some Exclusive Beers to Port Douglas, including the Yak Herd (Fat Yak, Lazy Yak and Wild Yak) and other great Matilda Bay beers.


Parents please note: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the gaming room under Queensland Law. Proof of age will need to be provided if staff are in doubt. However we do have a kids club where children have access to the latest Xbox games.

Sunday from 8.00am to 10.00pm

Breakfast is available on Sundays between 8.00am and 10.00am

Lunch is available from 11.30pm to 2.30pm
