Fishing Club meeting - The next meeting is to be held on Tuesday, 28th February at 7.30 pm in the Club. We hope to have Keith Graham fropm Bransfords Tackle to give us a talk on rod setup, knots etc. We are also planning a weekend Barra fishing at Tinaroo on 10/11 March.

CAFE NOW OPERATING

Our new Espresso Machine is up and opertating and serving a better quality cup of coffee. All staff will undergo barista training in the enxt week or so to ensure that our coffee is perfectly made each time regardless who makes it.

Members and guests will also receive a Loyalty Card were they will receive every sixth coffee free. Members will also continue to receive Points on their purchases.

Look for the Daily Special - Coffee/Cake Combo Deal.

SPRAY MIST SYSTEM EXTENDED

A spray mist system was installed in November and due to the success of the system it has been decided to extend it thru the middle of the deck. This should be completed late February.

ABOUT US

The Port Douglas & District Combined Clubs Inc has a strong affinity with the history, culture and community of Port Douglas and the surrounding areas. Today, it steadfastly maintains its traditions of yesterday with strong links to the marine activities of Port Douglas and the true spirit of the vibrant local community in this splendid natural heritage listed destination.

Over the years, the Combined Club or Tin Shed as it is more widely known has grown to become one of the preferred social meeting places for locals and visitors from all around Australia and the world are so welcome.

Come and enjoy the magic of the Tin Shed and the glorious views from the large deck out over Dickson’s Inlet to the mountain range beyond..

The Club is open Monday to Saturday from 10.00am to 10.00pm and Sunday from 8.00am to 10.00pm. Breakfast is available Sunday bewteen 8.00am and 10.00am. Lunch is available from 11.30pm to 2.30pm. Dinner from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.

PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: Children under the age of 18 years are not permitted in the Gaming Room under Queensland Law. Proof of age will apply if the staff are in doubt.
